He started spreading Pak Mei martial arts in Hong Kong in the 1970s. In the early 1990s, he opened Shing Tak Tong in Toronto Canada to promote Chinese traditional Kung-fu and culture. It was done to allow different people from different cultures and backgrounds to experience and understand Chinese traditional culture.
