This is a Kung Fu Fan. It makes a very loud sound when you open it. It is made of painted bamboo with printed WHITE DRAGONS, YING YANG SYMBOL AND CHINESE CHARACTERS "KUNG FU" on gold back ground nylon fabric. It is very smooth to open and close. The leanth is 12.5". wild open is 24". A nylon carrying case comes with it.
